Why Should The Feedback Be Removed The buyer reason for the feedback is false and out of context, the buyer bought a 12 months Spotify account from us at first he had troubles with upgrades so he reached out to us and we offered him full support and replaced his account the buyer then confirmed the delivery of his transaction. The buyer claims he had multiple replacements that did not work for him even though he had only one replacement and never contacted us afterward he only confirmed the delivery of his order and that's was it. As per description state on our thread all accounts are entitled to a 12 months warranty in case the buyer faces any issues they can contact us and we will resolve it for them but the buyer did not. Instead, he left a review replying to the same thread and we responded back promptly asking the buyer to provide us with his order id number and given login information through private messages but he chose to ignore our reply and instead leave negative feedback. We also tried communicating with the buyer without and response from his side. We are requesting this feedback to be removed as you can for your self our selling history and number of vouchers we have on our Spotify service as it is one of our best selling services with the least number of issues and in case any issues ever do occur we immediately resolve for our clients and always leave them satisfied 6. The buyer on the 3-way conversation confrimed delivery without any complaints after wards in few weeks he left the review here shows we tried communicating with the buyer with no response And here is shows us replying to him on the thread also without any response
