Sold [REQUEST[ Google disabled my payments. How can I get it back?

    I bought a brand new phone and hours later someone else got it...before I even locked it down...

    A bunch of charges went through with Google Pay/payment..And I had them all reversed, but then my account got locked, and suspended.

    I was able to get it escalated and they said the suspension is permanent because of a ToS violation.

    Is there any way to get it reversed? Or am I screwed?
