Not the case at all. When Xbox implemented the # love you a couple weeks ago it bugged out a lot of tags when searching them on the app ( happened to a lot of v1s and dupes this doesn’t have anything to do with dupes) , some accounts were showing the previous tag that was on the account and some accounts received #numbers after with the current tag or a completely different word. My homies *V1* og showed up as “swap#4243” or some love you on the app.

All you have to do if ur having this issue is log in here:

And literally claim ur tag, it’ll be there waiting for you.
