Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below Testies Middleman Order - Transaction ID: 4D636249UH604624N Seller purchased a clean World Of Tanks account with no mobile attached and stated they were Happy with the account (see screenshot) . I provided all details they needed to secure the account e.g. Payment screenshot, isp at point of creation and also the origin. See screenshot. Seller has added a mobile, changed email, attached to Facebook and changed account name. See screenshot. Once they got that information, and while still playing up to 70 games over the period they requested a refund (see requested cancellation time stamp, last game played time stamp and mobile time of screenshot). 16_ivan_61 - WoT-Life.com - World of Tanks Statistics Under what rules do they constitute a refund considering they stated they were happy, changed the user name possibly with the account currency, stated they were able to change all the details to secure it and request a refund days later after playing up to 70 games?
Thanks for trying to the attention of MM. This wait is awful. I wish they had waited for my reply before closing the 3 way conversation.
Thanks Makisha. The person is happy with my account. They simply freaked out when I said you need this account information, some don't supply it as they reclaim them later. He's happily playing once I reassured him.
I hear you lordukas. I'm thinking of recalling the account, only thing putting me off is that I know the buyer has spent some money on in game currency.
@Testies You're behavior with the buyer is making him concerned about your legitimacy. Stop panicking, stop threatening your buyer and wait for support to fix your guys issues. This entire issue started because you made the buyer panic so he put in a request to cancel. I have fixed your guys issue.
You mean my honesty spooked him. It all could of been resolved in the 3 way conversation if you allowed me the opportunity to respond before actioning it's closure. I didn't threaten the buyer. I asked if he had he been refunded? He said no. I said I've not received payment either, and I've been trying for days to get some communication. He said you never replied to him either. I was left in limbo, so I said I've to either accept a loss or reclaim the account, which I said I didn't want to do. So could he please respond to the dispute. Again this could have been done in the 3 way conversation.
There were so many tickets on this issue. None of this should have escalated to this matter. We also need the buyer to login and confirm 2 things. Waiting on him as well. Cashout your MM Balance and we'll try to at least get that expedited.
