Hi, my payment to you've been reverted without me doing anything. I've contacted my bank and I attach a screenshot of that conversation below. They've said it's not on their side and that the transaction might be delayed and that you can still charge me and told me to verify that information with you / ask you if you know why it has been reverted.

It's not been reverted. We only charge you once we confirm 100% you have received the item and everything looks good. Please note that one of the benefits of using PlayerUp Middleman Services and paying by direct credit card is we will NOT charge you until the seller delivers giving you the comfort of knowing that you don't owe your bank any money until the transaction is officially complete.
