    This account I wish to trade is level 187 and from 2015. She's basically cleared right now, but I can gift a few rares to it. I'm trying to get another oW account.

    Here's what I want:

    1. Any account below 100 with a few rares (like 20 is fine?)

    OR

    2. Any account above 100 emptied out.

    The catch is, it MUST be from 2010 or earlier. I'm kinda adamant about that.
