Why Should The Feedback Be Removed I would like to request the feedback to be removed, as it is quite clear that this customer acted out of good faith when told his service couldn't be provided. I asked him to accept the cancellation request on Playerup, so it could be closed however he kept asking for different services that I do not provide. After this conundrum, he gave me a negative feedback here, for no reason as when questioned he went all radio silent and I haven't heard a word from him since. This was a playerup transaction. 6.
