    It usually takes 1-72 hours of waiting before a purchase is handled, I get it. I really do. Well, it's been nearly 4 days and I still haven't gotten a response from anyone yet. I've opened plenty of tickets, but to no avail. Every time I open one, be it a general or middleman related, PlayerUp would respond back with an automated reply. Even with the title put as high. I'd love to talk to a human, not a bot this time, therefore the dispute. I'd also like to receive some updates regarding this order, why's it taking so long for someone to do something?

    Casting this issue aside, this site offers a great, modern GUI experience and I absolutely love it.

    How long is this gonna take? It's been "pending" for 4 days now.
    And why are you counting it as resolved, obviously you haven't answered any of my questions yet?
    Where am I in the queue and what's the estimated time for my order to be done with?


    These are all questions I want answers for.
