Why Should The Feedback Be Removed The buyer has purchased a service from us, and we have had problems with our service and we have clearly advised the buyer to cancel more than 10 times if he wishes not to wait, but despite our urging advice of him to cancel he insisted on waiting and going on with the order, Later did he start claiming that we are processing other orders and his not, this assumption was made upon our increasing positive feedback which he was keeping notice of yet we still clearly explained to the buyer that we have many other services we offer and the feedback we are having are from those services. After that, the buyer started blackmailing us with negative feedback unless we continue with his order and give it only priority on top of other orders and he deliberately added multiple feedbacks but as we wanted to keep a nice image as we always thrive to before our buyers we negotiated with the buyer and had him remove it and finally we succeded by convincing him to cancel his order and get a refund, but the buyer did not stop there he kept on extorting our team to deliver the order for free or else he will add this feedback we then told him we will escalate it to a dispute he threatened by sending other members and adding more false feedbacks if we did not comply with his requests, how is this at all possible of course we are willing to provide complete chat scripts and screenshots of all his claims and threats. We will provide all proofs of the buyer threatening us with the feedback and threatening us with getting more people to add negative feedback and we have all the proofs of us asking him to cancel 10s of times since the very beginning but the buyer refusing we will prepare the screenshots and post them for your convenience
