    Theres no other party. If my email address is needed i can provide it.

    I dont have any messenger data on the seller.

    9. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below

    I paid, we started a middleman conversation. He provided STEAM account information, i logged in and changed email, pass, etc. Now i find i cant login into the account, mail has been changed without notifying me (it means he contacted STEAM Support and account was taken). I checked dotabuff information and indeed account has been playing DOTA and it wasnt me.

    It sounds like @Ezizmammet hasn't came online for like a week.

    @Valky Do you have any idea if the payment on that middleman transaction was released to the seller or not yet?

    I bought the account on March 7th of 2019. I guess he did get the payment, but i'm not sure. Is there a way for me to check it?

    In that middleman chat i told him to let me know if he had any issues with Playerup and his payment. He never said a word.
    Now i find that he recalled the account. I was about to contact him first, but i thought that could made this more difficult.

    Seller is not responding on 3way conversation and i cant write there. Seller connected on sunday and no news from him. Do i have to wait for him to actually respond?

    Its been almost 2 months since i started my claim. Seller connected to the site, saw he was being confronted and didnt connect anymore. He didnt respond to my claim, not here, not in 3way conversation. He has been playing with the account. So hes able to connect.
    Do i have to wait for him to ever respond? Do i have to forget about my money being stolen?

    If you didn't purchase buyer protection this is sadly the case.

    The most we can do is attempt to get the account banned for selling at this stage.

    You didnt paid for buyer protection. And on other sites if you dont pay buyer protection you will get same asnwer :)

    This is what would have happened on any website if you purchased off someone with 0 feedback and no trust.

    Sadly there isn't much we can do but ban the user off the website.

    It was my first experience in this site, i took the time to read every guide this site has.

    Tell me where does it say ANYTHING about seller's reputation. It clearly states that using middleman u are super secure. Turns out u dont.
