He is saying one of them is not working which is Facebook login, which is why he is cancelling order, so here is a video proof for that the Facebook account working just fine (I removed it because it contained passwords, But I can show to any middleman) also he is saying I added too much security on gmail account but It just takes minutes to change recovery mail and phone no, he already did that I helped him. Plus he is playing 5/6 hours daily in that account I showed proof on 3-way. Now My payment is on hold. please remove this kind of scammers from the site and do something about my payment.

I have video evidence plus screenshots, But it contains passwords. Other party even refusing to response to me saying I am lying but he can't show any proof.
In first couple days, He logged in and changed the FB password still he asked for verification. Also tried to disable the FB account So that he can show a cause to get this account for free. I am selling these 8 ball pool account for years I used to give only one login the scammers used to change that login option and ask for refund. That's why Now I try to give at least 2/3 ways to login In this case I provided four login options because It's a big account. Now he can't change everything so he is showing many excuses
how much time I have to wait though , he making it very complicated. for example, He said FB account has problem, but when I showed video proof of that it is fine , he just turned on the 2 step verification there and saying I turned it on and he can't login. how can I contact with middleman I am not getting any response from them about this

Hello sorry, my notifications aren’t working on this. Apologies. The problem I have is that this user is reselling the same account on playerup. He has been playing on the account and has been complaining that it’s me when we both know he’s lying. I complained about 2 factor authentication and he removed it. Later on he would add it back and would complain if I would want to add security complaining “don’t worru bro ur acc safe” on Facebook he had a security check required. Later on when that was resolved he added 2 factor authentication which denied me from playing or even accessing the account. This is why I want a refund and I haven’t been able to receive the account nor the access to it via the email accounts.

I guess you both can work it out here and get this resolved. @Naimul Islam Remove all kind of security methods on the gmail account, just leave a recovery email on so @Awais8282 can login to. @Awais8282 after getting the account, put all security method on the account and update us here after you're done with that.
