Refund issue

    I’ve requested a refund on my recent transaction and everything went smoothly. But after the refund has been completed which was 10 days ago I still haven’t received a refund and instead money got taken out AGAIN, and to top it all of the middleman or the admin doesn’t even communicate they are just ignoring me 24/7

    Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. We are getting DDoS attacks for the past few days now which causes more delays. Please be patient as we are trying to fix and prevent these attacks to provide better service.

    How is that even related to my refund when the refund was "completed" time ago before the DDos attack even happened. I need answers on why I hello the ticket stated the refund has been completed when it clear was a lie. If I don't receive my refund I'm going to take serious action against this website.

    Will forward this to the team. Its somewhat related since it attacks the server which makes the work for Middleman much more delayed.
