I’ve requested a refund on my recent transaction and everything went smoothly. But after the refund has been completed which was 10 days ago I still haven’t received a refund and instead money got taken out AGAIN, and to top it all of the middleman or the admin doesn’t even communicate they are just ignoring me 24/7

How is that even related to my refund when the refund was "completed" time ago before the DDos attack even happened. I need answers on why I hello the ticket stated the refund has been completed when it clear was a lie. If I don't receive my refund I'm going to take serious action against this website.
