Sold Need someone to create a windows app quickly to do some browser job

I need someone able to create today a little windows app which can access multiple accounts on a classified website and repost some ads every 2-3 mins.
It needs to be able to access if possible like 15 accounts simultaneous or at least 5 and i will use it on more laptops to reach 15.
Each advert has an repost function, it can be also accessed via a mobile direct link. You need to be logged into the account in order to work.
Before this i was having all ads under a single account and i was opening multiple browser tabs in mobile compatibiliy mode and i was auto refreshing them, but now i had to split the ads in 15 different accounts and is very hard to do the old way.

I need this today preferably.
