    NA. This complaint is on the system administrators as they are frauds. No one will send me my money, and they show my account credit at zero even though they admit they have not sent me my money.

    I have used several of the options YOU made available. Have you my Venmo info, and address to mail a check. Venmo works. I have used it probably 25 times since I have been waiting for this payment. It has worked in both directions. If you can’t handle that mail me a check. There are ZERO technical issues that will prevent you from sending me my money.
    I have a major account I was hoping to sell for a lot more money than this but now I am not sure I can trust you to send me my money. 7-13-19

    Is there a customer service person/department I can speak to? This has been sitting in limbo forever now and I need to speak to someone. Waiting for weeks for someone to get back to me only to have them send a one line answer that does not solve my problem is not working. (at this point I then sent like 4-5 messages asking for customer support that went unanswered on 7-15-19).

    How am I still waiting for a response from July 15th? The sale was months ago, the initial request for you to send me my money was June 14th, with multiple responses and requests through June and July... and now it is AUGUST. And you still have not sent me my money, nor has it be credited back to my account. Who can I contact? Is there a phone number I can call? Do I need to involve the BBB or something? Small claims court for less than $200? -

    Note: I have not heard back from MM or PU since 7-11-19 and have contacted them multiple times on multiple threads. I opened a support ticket and was told they dont handle payment issues. When I try to open a new thread wtih MM it just opens another message that goes unanswered or gets automated replies.

    Does ANYONE have a way to contact MM and get paid for the accounts they have sold? It has been since MAY at this point. Over three months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry about the inconvenience, however playerup is suffering from delays due to DDOS attacks, I believe that is hindering them from processing payments
