That was clearly a slideshow not a video, My demand is clear, a full video of you scrolling down through all your whatsapp message from the beginning to the end. You didn't provide what I asked for. This way you're just making it easier for the other part to win this dispute. Dispute cases like this usually take long time, and everyone involved at this dispute should cooperate as much as he could in order to resolve it.
The other part has not provided evidence that he has given me Facebook account. The other part did not provide evidence that the account is his. The other part attempted to change the name but as my passport is on the Facebook system, Facebook returned my original name on the profile. I have evidence also that my passport is on the Facebook system. Like I informed you by law it is against the law for playerup/middleman to take funds when a product was not sold to me by the company. My bank has also informed me that any third party making such a accusation would mean it is a civil matter. I provided the bank with evidence of receipt from middleman and also you are not requesting the seller to provide any proof that the account was given to me. I am satisfied with what my bank has informed me and I will seek the matter through the bank. I no longer have the whattsapp messages and whattsapp can not be photoshopped at all.

Ask the scammer. The account he apparently is claiming I stole, is it the account that was for sale for 450$

Where is the evidence of him providing me a Facebook account. All I see is a password I requested him to give me after he had changed my Facebook details and security, also if you request from playerup/middleman in regards to the account he had put up for sale, is not the same account he is claiming that has been stolen. I request you ask him if the account he put up on Facebook is the same account that was stolen. When he replies then check with middleman for the info in regards to the account that was for sale and you will get a clear understanding. That is all I am asking you to do if that is possible. Just him if the same account that was for sale is the same account that was apparently stolen?
Alright then, from where did he mange to get that password at first place? From you? prove it then! Like I told you, all you have to is to record a video showing your full conversation with the seller on whatsapp including the part where you sent him the account info. This is your own problem. Why would anyone involved in a dispute case remove the docs that save his rights? I find it hard to believe. Now you're unable to prove your claim. With that being said, the facebook account linked to the pubg account both belong to the seller @ILuxa88 You need to return it back exactly like you got it. You're supposed to get your refund after this being resolved.

And it’s not my problem because the scammer did not sell me anything at all and when the scammer can provide proof by way of message of any sort that I received MY OWN account then I would be liable to give him my account which I won’t be doing. He has not provided proof that he gave me an account, also he has not provided any messages that he would have sent me if that was true. I provided all the documents and also provided all the evidence and also me requesting the password for my Facebook account that he changed and then he laughs about it. You have no right to make ANY judgement at all without any solid evidence. You are saying it is your BELIEF that is based on your opinion which is prejudice as it is an option not based on facts. I have provided evidence and my bank have already issued a dispute with middleman already if you check and middleman have not provided me with what I paid for and also I have proof of this so you cannot say I will get my money once I give the scammer MY account. I will define rly get all the money that playerup owe me and no matter what you say or believe I have proof and also provided my bank with proof, so you go ask middleman about the dispute that has been raised with them by my bank. I also informed my bank that a scammer is claiming he sold me the account. The question I was asked was, Did middleman secures the transaction and give you what you paid for and my answer was no as it was a void transaction because the scammer did not want to accept the payment when there was so many ways of him receiving the money. Another reason why playerup have to Obie’s by rules and regulations is because a product was for sale on their website and the product was not given to me by them when they are the secured party, also the account that the scammer was selling is not the same account he is claiming to have been stolen. So also there was that account was in my clan which has a right to delete members ( i made already videi with it ) and type id of account to add in friends and wonder WOOP it the same acc , so dont say what facebook was yours .
