    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

    Reclaim the item if possible. If not, then wait for MM to inspect the. Screenshot and upload proof of delivery to your 3 way ticket.
