Seller can t see that buyer paid

    Hello, I'm a buyer that has an order open (Transaction ID: 1130000000457023792) And we are currently stuck due to some confusion. I ordered a $40 deal the seller is offering and I also purchased a 60 day insurance policy ($1.99) the seller refuses to continue due to the fact he can only see that I paid the 1.99. Now I actually cancelled my first order thinking it was a mistake I made. (Also, will I be getting the money back on that soon?) I then made a second one and it appeared the same way. Since he won't progress we both agreed to request MM assistance but haven't heard anything for several hours. So, long story short. Is my money available to the seller and how can I prove it to him so that we may continue the transaction? Here's a link to our 3 way conversation.
