Charged for a purchase 4 days ago and still haven t received msgs or update so I would like a refund

    I was told multiple times to activate the order (which I did multiple times), yet nobody has actually started the order like they were supposed to. At this point it's been over 4 days since the purchase and I haven't received any updates and no new conversations have been started. At this point I'm looking to have the transaction canceled and my purchase refunded. Transaction Id: 1130000000452528981. I've attempted to contact the Middleman account multiple times, but they are yet to actually reply. I thought that I would attempt to get help here before going to my bank and disputing the purchase there.

    You're order is being verified, credit card orders take much longer to get verified unlike other payment methods. this to make sure all transactions are legit and secured.

    For now make sure to check your account daily and provide the requested docs for verification.
