Nothing happened after payment

    1. Hey. I made an offer for an account to a seller. The accepted the offer. I payed the amount through paypal. Unlike previous times however, as soon as I payed the money, the screen went white. 12 hours later I also still do not have a message from you guys where I can activate my order (usually I got this message within a few minutes of payment).

    2. Also, I used 'Buy Now' on another account a few days ago. I payed the money, the 3 way conversation was made and the seller simply has never logged in and posted any details.

    Obviously I would like a refund for the second issue. For the first one, the seller could find a new buyer at any time, etc. If the account is still for sale when support makes it to this ticket, I am happy for them to manually make the 3 way ticket. If not, i want a refund for the first issue aswell. I don't really want to use paypal chargeback as I'm sure the site could sort this out, but if i don't get a reply in 48 hours I am forced to do so.
