I've told Middleman about this and sadly this is all I can do as I don't do anything related to payments. His funds have been freezed and a resolve will be made soon.

Hello Ryan, This issue has not been fixed yet, the seller said he would give me 119 credits as a refund and then did not reply for 12 hours, can credits be given to other members? , -could you please tell the middle man to sort this issue, i replied to him as well but no reply yet. I will add the credits to my account today and ask middle to transfer them across, but I am still waiting for credits to be added from a transcation made 5 days ago - middle still has not processed this. Dude, I need this sorted out before Saturday. When i first issued this complaint , i thought i would get an acc by next week, but its been almost 3 weeks and i still do not have it. You need to update me on a daily basis. I even told the other seller to sell an acc for 110$ omega, would be purchasing that with the credits you are giving. Someone else might buy that acc making me search for an account again. If middleman does not reply, spam him. I had to message Ryan or the admin from the dispute group to get middleman attention. Keep spamming or something else. I am slowly starting to lose my patience . Ryan or any admin please reply to this thread. @KennY420 If you want us to fix your disputes here, then stop cashing out your funds trying to get paid the full 100% so we can properly repay these people back. That's been the hold up here you're wanting the full 100% but at the same time wanting to repay these people?
He said he would purchase some credits yesterday so he can pay me back and he also stated that he purchased credits 5 days ago for a separate refund and the middleman has not responded yet.
@Hulk - I've been adding credits for the refunds from my own paypal wallet though? That's external to my middleman wallet? I've added $155 dollars to my PlayerUp to refund a separate buyer, using Paypal, but I'm still waiting for the credits to be added to my account. @QualityGaming, I've messaged the middleman and asked for $119.00 to be transferred to your account from my cashout wallet, hoping this can be carried out swiftly so you get your money back. There's no logical reason to want to be cashed out from sales but to buy credits with your PayPal to refund users. Why wouldn't we just use the credits you have on your account already? It just sounds like you plan on chargebacking the credits you're buying from PlayerUp. Things don't add up. Has this been resolved @Middleman

When it comes to issues like these it takes time for all sides to come to a full conclusion especially when things are this complicated. Hope you understand, you will be getting a refund 100% - remain patient. This is a hassle and it's a shame it came down to this but at least you're insured instead of screwed.
It would be really nice if i can speak to a real middle man in a live chat or something. The thing it feels like i am talking to a system rather than talking to a human middleman. I am trying to be patient as much as i can. Its been almost a month since this issue started.
@Ryan Sorry if I didn't explain clearly, I added the PlayerUp credits because I had already requested to withdraw the funds. The PlayerUp site doesn't give a clear option to cancel the cashout so the obvious solution was to add via paypal? I am no scammer and a little offended that you suggest I am trying to manipulate the site and scam its users.. I've put a lot of $ in sales through the site and not once have i performed any scam and put $155 out of my own pocket back into the site and still not had the credits added to my account?? Totally unfair to say that I am looking to scam here. Not really happy about that. @Middleman - are you able to refund @QualityGaming using my current cashout balance? @Ryan Also, I've spent $120 on becoming a verified and premium pro member.. Why would i try a chargeback scam? If i'm not allowed the credits to be added to my account could you please refund them because that is $155 of my own money now sitting in limbo on this site. Sorry for passive aggression but feel you're making unfair assumptions about me as a seller. It would be nice if there is a message or something from the middleman that refund is being processed. I dont know if the Middleman is aware.
@Ryan could you please contact the @Middleman ? Is he aware that we both chose the refund option in our 3-way ticket conversation. There is no reply from him that its processing or something. Its been 2 days since the seller chose the refund option.

I should have processed the refund instantly when the account got recalled, this is a lesson I have learnt for the future. Hopefully get you the money ASAP.
