Paid for credits but is not yet reflecting on my account

    Hi.
    I have charged up $50 to my playerup account to buy something. While the payment via safercharge.com went good, afterwards no money appeared in my account.

    I wrote an email to safercharge, they told me the money got booked but not transfered to my account due to a technical issue.

    So i need an information which data you need to verify my payment and charge it up to my playerup account since i need to buy an account next week.
