Hi, A few days ago, my wife and I discovered 2 purchases with our PayPal account, and reported them as unauthorized, as we didnt make them and didn't know who did. Eventually, our 12 year old son fessed up, and admitted to signing up on your site, under email [email protected], and purchased some sort of video game accounts or something. The claim was closed with PayPal, and no money was reversed. However, now my son has lost all access to these games he purchased, and no refund was issued. Im asking that you look into this, and either give the accounts back to my son, or refund the money he took from us to pay for it. One was for a game called Hearthstone, which had the email and account info taken. The other was a Star Wars galaxy game. He no longer has access to either account and said that the info was changed on him. I spoke with the corporate department at Safe Charge, and they referred me here, and gave me order number 922165630 for reference. There were 2 purchases, not sure if they were both under that one as they were separate days. But it was July 19th Paypal ID 6BK93585XM5176728 - $206 July 10th Paypal ID 3HX31403UH5555512 -$66.95
Please open your son's PlayerUp account and check the inbox and look for the Middleman Order 3-way ticket then change the order status to Buyer - Cancel Order.
