I can't cancel my order even with the instructions.

    As stated, I CAN'T cancel my payment. I press on ''change status'' and then I CAN'T press on the ''Cancel order'' button.

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

    You can cancel your order once the 3way conversation starts.
