So I got a 'courtesy' warning for opening multiple tickets over my order which is near a month since I have paid, I don't understand your definition of spamming when I have posted a new ticket about each week in hope of a response, if I get no response what else should I do to get any attention? The middleman simply bumped my thread after giving me this warning when all that was needed to be done was make a three-way conversation. I don't get why that is so hard? How is it fair on me for waiting this long for 1 order?
