    I was buying a youtube channel. He had told me it was monetized, however it isn't so I need to give him back the account, and make sure I get a refund.

    How do I cancel my order?
    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
