Why do I never get responses from you guys?

    I've made so many tickets with so many problems I get one response with a request for information. I send it soon after and I never get a response.

    Spamming us with multiple tickets will only worsen the situation as it would cause nothing but confusion. Only send one at a time and please remain patient as we are handling other support tickets.
