    9. He said the account was bought from another user offsite. The offsite user recalled the account by providing the information to epic such as account creation date, old invoices numbers, etc. I spoke to kenny420 but he said he will ask the offsite user and has yet to make a response. I have insurance package and the Transacion ID which took place in this website. Please refund the amount or a replacement account immediately. Transaction ID: 2130000000028489814.

    Aditionally, I have tried to resolve this issue privately with @QualityGaming however I do not currently have another account that contains the skins he skins he desires

    OK, Is there any other account which has Omega Max( all colours) Save the world Full access?.

    Epic has said that the email of the account has been changed to original email which is: [email protected]

    If you could access this email , then the issue can be fixed according to epic. Please Assist.

    That would be the original owners email address that I do not have access to.
    The email i used with the account was the one i gave you, under protonmail.com

    Unfortunately I don't have one with both of those. However I can give you an account with STW and Omega when i find one

    Any other chance you can get the password for [email protected] by contacting the owner or something? , the acc which bought from you is worth that money. i need an omega Max acc with STW worth 120$. otherwise once my full amount gets refunded i can buy it here or from someone else. I need the account or the amount ASAP.

    Can you close this dispute as I've resolved the issue by providing you with a new account? Or is this necessary for your refund to process, unsure how the dispute process works

    Its better to kept this opened, i think this is for refund process. If i get refunded and then you got the omega, i could buy it again.

    I did not receive the account yet but He has promised me that he would find an account which is similar to what i asked for and give it to me by next week. I do need you to close this since he has trouble buying an account because of this thread.

    Please Reply ASAP, The middleman in out previous purchase is not replying, the seller is trying to contact him for 5 days, please some admin or mods need to assist us. this is a high priority attention.

    Ryan, could you please reply, the issue is not been fixed yet, I am stuck in the same position as User: KingAmaterasu. (just saw his thread).
    Middleman is not contacting me or replying to this issue. This dispute not solved.
