Someone Changed My Account Info

    I bought an account from someone and I changed the information of the account, such as the email and password, etc. I came back a few days ago and when I tried to log in it told me that I couldn't. I checked my email and someone changed the email so I can't log in to my account anymore. I have tried to contact Rockstar Support but they keep telling me that I have no confirmation of it being MY account so I would like either a new account or a refund.
