    I was able to get the account back via apple support, if you have a user with this name: Suleman Haroon he is the guy who spoofed your email.

    Does the individual have a playerup username?

    Suleman Haroon was already banned here. He is well known for phishing scams. Just search in playerup the keyword "Suleman Haroon" and you'll see his profile of scams.

    Not that I am aware of. He is aware of this section of the forums, maybe it would be a good idea to lock it down to ticket holders only, just an idea. His email was very crafty as you saw from the reply I sent you. People new to this site (me in particular also) might find it a bit hard to navigate and find out this information. All is good now though, thank you.

    Yes he goes by the name Jordi Albis as well. Well known scammer.
