If the buyer did pay, there is nothing you need to do as of yet. We will verify the buyer and then create your order. Only at Step #4 does the seller need to get involved in the transaction:

How does it work?
1). Sellers create and post middleman buy now listings (click here)
2). Buyer clicks on buy now listing and completes payment
3). We verify and secure the buyers payment
4). We create a 3 way conversation ticket with the Buyer and Seller
5). We inform the Seller which specific account information they need to release to the Buyer
6). During this process, we will communicate and guide both the Buyer and Seller.
7). Buyer secures and verifies the account
8). Payment is then disbursed to the Seller

What's the buyers playerup username?

 

Well we have only 1 order outstanding that we can't locate their PlayerUp Account. We have already e-mailed them. It's a small payment under $20. If that sounds like it could be your order then that's why you haven't been updated yet. If not, then the buyer "likely" hasn't paid. If he feels this is an error, he should create a PlayerUp Account and message us here or through Private Conversation using the link below:
