    Yes because the account was locked and I asked the seller to unlock it for me witch is like 2 simple steps but he won’t do it!

    If the transaction was processed through Middleman Service, then please open your 3-way ticket and inform @Middleman about the issue so they could hold the payment until the said issue is resolved otherwise you can request for a refund by changing the Order Status to Buyer - Cancel Order
