    Hey, I received a email about my order but no directions or details about the order being started. Would you be bale to help me out on what I am supposed to do next?

    In case you haven't yet, you have to activate your order and finish your verification first. To do so please follow the instructions inside your transaction's private conversation ticket.

    It usually takes 1-72hrs before the actual transaction starts after you have submitted your identification.
