He said the account was bought from another user offsite. The offsite user recalled the account by providing the information to epic such as account creation date, old invoices numbers, etc. I spoke to kenny420 but he said he will ask the offsite user and has yet to make a response. I have insurance package and the Transacion ID which took place in this website. Please refund the amount or a replacement account immediately. Transaction ID: 2130000000028489814.
Sorry about this, the change occurred totally without my control. I have contacted the user i bought it from but he has not responded to my messages yet.
Aditionally, I have tried to resolve this issue privately with @QualityGaming however I do not currently have another account that contains the skins he skins he desires

That would be the original owners email address that I do not have access to. The email i used with the account was the one i gave you, under protonmail.com Unfortunately I don't have one with both of those. However I can give you an account with STW and Omega when i find one

Its better to kept this opened, i think this is for refund process. If i get refunded and then you got the omega, i could buy it again.
I did not receive the account yet but He has promised me that he would find an account which is similar to what i asked for and give it to me by next week. I do need you to close this since he has trouble buying an account because of this thread.
Please Reply ASAP, The middleman in out previous purchase is not replying, the seller is trying to contact him for 5 days, please some admin or mods need to assist us. this is a high priority attention.
