    Hi, I just bought an account as a guest but i never received a confirmation email, which is why I made this account so that i could contact someone. Please let me know something!

    In case you haven't yet, you have to activate your order and finish your verification first. To do so please follow the instructions inside your transaction's private conversation ticket.

    It usually takes 1-72hrs before the actual transaction starts after you have submitted your identification.
