Why Should The Feedback Be Removed The buyer purchased from us a service but did not wait for the completion time of the service or even bothered to contact us back before he opened a dispute that was resolved, leaving negative feedback for a service that we did not even have the chance to deliver yet and commented negatively on the post. And when we tried reaching out to him both through PM and dispute to resolve his issue we never got any response back We believe his review is unfair and out of context as we did not have the chance to deliver our service for him to review. We also believe his entire purchase was deliberate from the non-random hustle of actions he took against us all at once as if this buyer knew exactly what he wants to do. 6.
