Sold Need someone good at SE to get me a recovery email

Hello guys,
im in need of help from some people that are good at social engineering, currently im helping a elder people institution as they were # and theyre email got stolen from a hacker, however that email was linked to their facebook.
The method he used was fairly simple, as i investigated the issue it seems that the hotmail email was inactive for 5 years, making microsoft disable it, making the hacker able to get that email and takeover the facebook aswell. Unfortunally for them there are no possible way to recover that account as the hacker created a new account, however there is a slight chance. The hacker used a recovery email using getnada.com which is temporary emails for who dont know, which means if i find the recovery email i can recover the account by creating the same email as his and changing details.

I will be offering 15-20 USD to whoever is able to SE microsoft to provide me that recovery email. I know it's not much however im just trying to help them out to recover their account as there are years of work there and seems like microsoft gives no love you about it.
