    paid last sunday, system didnt generate an order id, waited till wednesday then opened a support conversation, still no response on either.. :s
    ideal banktransfer through skrill not advised :(

    gonna try with paypal like the first purchase, and just show some faith and more patience for the one where i need support...

    Hi again, srry busy week @work
    The 3rd purchase worked like a charm like the first
    payed via paypal this time like the first that worked fine :grinning:

    the second tho, through iDeal, which is processed by skrill, failed
    bought on 30-06 14:58, got the error no order id (after paying w iDeal, through Skrill)
    entered all 9's and it progressed, got the Pre-MM startup page
    changed the status to buyer needs assistance, replied with details what happend
    added transaction pdf and payment email
    no response/ no status change.. no response the day after.. no response the day after that

    3-7 started a conversation with the middleman department explained, added all the details
    also contacted the seller, got a swift reply (8mins :)), couldnt help but adviced me to start a support ticket

    following the link in the automated response got me back in my original conversation with middleman department

    so yeah.. kudo's on the first and the third transaction middleman, but boooo on the second and booooo on support response
    it's been a full 9 days since the middleman department conversation was started, same for the support ticket
    neartly 2 weeks now you got my money and i got no progress on the ;

    Hey there, seeing good reviews from your customers. i bought this account just now, and clicked the activate thing, now i had a problem with the verification on the site, so i sent a copy of my ID over email to the support email. i was just wondering, will it take long for them to verify me? and do i have to be verified before the middleman initiates the 3way convo? thanks for your services by the way!!!
