Pending Order problem

    Yesterday i placed an order and made the payment. at the first try to activate the order i got an error. in the second try i get this message:

    support told me to do verification. when i want to get to the verification form i get this message:

    altough the order is not shown in my order history:

    i cant do anything since i placed it like 20 Hours ago und made the payment.

    Usual wait time is between 1-72hrs. Please be patient and wait for the Middleman to finish your verification.
