Now imagine the situation.I keep the clan for you for many days and once the order starts you cancel the transaction how would you feel? That's what i face everyday buyer buy an item (via card which takes so much time even after writing 3 times to pay via PayPal/skrill/cryptocurrency to middleman)then once the transaction starts they cancel the order.Now tell me why should i face loss here?I have seen no sign of your order to start just incase your order doesn't start and i ignore my current customer what would i do with the clan then? Keep it for more 1 month to get sold? And i am absolutely not blaming you here just trying to explain why i don't mark items sold once buyer pays for them.Transaction via middleman worth 350$ were cancelled yesterday because buyers were not interested or liked another account and meanwhile i lost customers who could have bought it. Try understanding my side too.
And i have many similar items for sell.In your case you liked another clan and i said ok you can have it once middleman starts the order but you wants me to give you clan before the 3way which is not possible. Whole situation is starting to seem weird to me for 5 days noone from support has responded to me why??? Only automatic responses telling me to cancel the order with the 3 way convos how could I do that when no convos has been started and the money was already taken from me. Also now the other clans u have that are same price I like are also sold because they both have new leaders??
