    Hello,

    I requested a middleman wallet balance cashout of playerup credits through paypal almost an entire month ago. The message I received stated that it should take around 4 days to complete. Unfortunately, the cashout ticket still says "Pending" and I have yet to receive any funds. At this point, I am beginning to think I will never receive my payment, which would be very frustrating. Can this please be remedied?
