    9. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below

    Theres a lot more to the chat logs but I confirmed the payment with paypal he said he would check it and then never responded. I am currently escalated this dispute to paypal but he should be banned from this site.

    I already did and it is being reviewed by them as well but he should be banned from this site.
