    Hello,

    I made a payment and purchased an account yesterday and have completed all the necessary steps. I have no received anything in return. I was wondering what is going on ?

    In case you haven't yet, you have to activate your order and finish your verification first. To do so please follow the instructions inside your transaction's private conversation ticket.

    However, if you really have done all the necessary steps then all you need to do is wait for @Middleman to finish your verification, usual wait time is between 1-72hrs.
