Pending Buyer is banned but payment was successful. How do I get a refund?

    My Location:
    I was buying a modded GTA 5 PS4 account last night and the purchase was successful. The seller was known as OrangeMonkey, who is now banned and it states "You may not communicate with OrangeMonkey". All I would like is a refund. How do I do this? I've contacted paypal and the website but can't seem to get any further forward.
    Any help would be highly appreciated.
