    I bought an account 24+ hours ago and sent my id in right away. I've been attempting to contact PlayerUp through private message, tickets, to no response. It's actually sad I have to make this thread just to get a response. At this point I just want a refund for my order as I've had a terrible experience with Playerup.

    It could take 1-72 hours after you have submitted all the required information for your verification.
