Not Approved Chat with middleman/admin for premier and pro members

    Opening tickets and wating for months to get reply on them when the issue is already solved?

    Kindly bring a chat directly for premier and pro members so we can leave our messages and it gets solved shortly!
    its really hard to wait so long in tickets

    By this way people will buy pro and premier membership too!

    VIP allows to chat directly but no members are being approved for VIP

    At this time, this is only going to be available for VIP Members. In the future if we get more support, this will certainly change.

    Actually I should state here that chat is becoming less and less common in this industry among every website. In fact can you name another forum not just in this industry that has a live chat? You probably cannot so it has to stay exclusive for VIP though I will say randomly live chat is online in many sections of the site. It's not always offline currently.
