    1. Who will start the transaction of buy and sell... Buyer or seller first?

    2.if buyer first... The money will go at where to me or what?

    3. Its free no fees?

    #1 please read the guides above.

    #2 the buyers payment will be deposited to @Middleman then release it to the seller after the transaction is done.

    #3 there will be fees because that what keeps the site alive. You should be noticing that there are no ads here unlike the others.
