Sold [German speaker] Hiring crypto enthusiasts for long term partnership

I'm Chris from Crypto Mastermind. CMM is a blockchain investment fund. Since April 2018, our goal has been to give our investors an opportunity to invest directly in the most promising crypto currencies without the risk of being duped and cheated by MLMs and other scams.

The cost of creating a well-diversified and best possible portfolio is often underestimated. Many, trapped in the roller coaster ride of the 2017 - 2018 market cycle, have gotten under the wheels quite a bit and due to their emotional attachment to their investment, due to greed have neither sold Bitcoin at $20,000 nor bought it at $3,000.

Our team currently consists of 7 people who are involved in the crypto market on a daily basis and together manage an actively managed crypto portfolio. We create market analyses to help us look for new, promising crypto projects, and our monthly newsletters and regular crypto messages to help investors keep track of them in a time-saving manner.

Some points are particularly important to us. On the one hand transparency - In our back office everyone can follow every transaction, every trade. There is a monthly newsletter which summarises the current market, our thoughts on it and the most important news.
For each coin we list, we create a short, concise post and explain which use case the coins cover and what our prospects are for that particular project. On the other hand, direct customer contact is very important to us, which is why we are on our Discord for around 16 hours every day.

Now that we are ready to boost our growth, we want to expand our team and are looking for crypto-enthusiasts who represent our values and want to support us in various areas.

We pay a monthly crypto pocket money as expense compensation - for good performances there are also bonus payments. We have a handshake mentality, as we spend a lot of time together - we cannot promise any fixed payments for help in advance, as the time spent on each task varies greatly and quality is the primary evaluation factor.

In general, we seek help in these areas:
- Marketing of the product
- Writing / translating news articles
- Programming / Designing UI
- Designing and creating a landing page
