Stolen my money scam

    I had 56 on my card I make a purchase, from Friday, I have been in contact right through getting response and all u till I pay, no communication, the seller got to me saying he haven't recieve the money, I had 56 the account is for 45$ I check my card today to see why and it say 0 balance, that means even tho its 45 they must be a scam of something, all the money on my card was taken even the cents

    I need help and fast
