    Hello,
    I recently made an order and the seller had to cancel it for some reason. Can you please refund me the money I paid so I can buy another account. Is there anyway to refund it directly to my account so that I can buy another account from your website?

    How do I cancel my order?
    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
